Early in his career, Garrett quickly realized that in commercial real estate, who you know is often more important than what you know.
Through his experience in multifamily brokerage at NAI Northern California, then as an Acquisition Associate for Kingsbarn Realty Capital, and finally as a multifamily broker at Morgan-Skenderian, he has had the privilege of meeting many peers & mentors within the industry.
He created the Orange County CRE Young Professionals Group to create an environment for young, like-minded professionals to meet and share ideas, resources, and referrals.

Jennifer Tran

Jenny started her career in hotel and resort real estate straight out of college. She transitioned to title insurance early 2020, which has allowed her to continue to expand and grow her business.
She shines in networking, professional development, and client relations are complemented by her outgoing personality, focus, and determination.

Amanda Tran
Head of Operations & Marketing
Amanda Tran is a Managing Director of Investors Trust, a real estate investment and asset management firm in Newport Beach. She oversees debt financing, acquisition due diligence, dispositions, and market research for the Company’s commercial real estate portfolio in addition to the Company’s value-oriented investments in REITs.
At CREYP OC, she is responsible for events, strategic development, treasury, and marketing operations. She is driven by her desire to service her professional community, and her belief in the Group’s ethos of fostering meaningful industry connections in an inclusive and approachable way. She enjoys meeting and bringing together people who are similarly entrepreneurial, dedicated to their craft, and passionate about the industry.
